- You can attach the art panel to the Samsung music frame for use.
- Exercise caution during assembly to avoid injury from the edges of the art panel.
- After receiving the product, please remove the protective film on the front of the panel before use.
- The holder-plate and holder-guide needed for art panel replacement are included in the music frame components.
- After attaching the holder-plate, make sure it's securely fastened without any scratches or debris.
- When using panels other than the art panel, there is a risk of breakage.
- Incidents resulting from the use of inappropriate tools are not covered by the warranty.
- For front printing, please fill the image up to the dashed lines; unfilled areas will be produced as plain.
- Due to material and processing characteristics, there may be a discrepancy of approximately 0.04 from the actual ordered size.
- Be cautious during unpacking to avoid damage with sharp objects.
- To prevent breakage, the frame will be delivered directly from the manufacturing facility.
- If other items were purchased with the frame, they will be shipped separately, and shipping notifications for each will be sent individually.
- The product's color may appear distorted depending on the lighting circumstances at the shooting location.

- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.
